RE: reptile carpet vs. paper towels?

I have seen them get claws and teeth stuck in reptile carpet, but never seen any severe consequences from it. I suppose it's possible, but I'd call it unlikely. Anyway, paper towels are what I use, because I think they look fine (I get the plain white soft textured ones) and because they're easy to clean up.
