Definitely need more info to give any advice. How old/big is the snake? What are the conditions (temps, hiding options, humidity, cagemates, etc.). Where is the enclosure being kept? Any changes in conditions, housing, location, etc lately?

It honestly sounds like a stress situation to me due to the fact that your snake killed but did not eat the one mouse. Give us all some more info so we can make some suggestions. Also, unless it is really young or emaciated, I would strongly advise against force feeding it as this will generally only cause alot more stress on the animal.
