Ouch! sorry to heard that Jeff. One way, the way I do it and seems easy to me, is open the picture in Microsoft Office Picture Manager, then select Picture, then select Resize, then on the right side there are several options for resizing, Pridifined wxh, Custom wxh, or percentage. I use the percentage a lot because it keeps proportions nice. Hope that helps, that is just one way there are many other programs, but most computers will have that Microsoft program.
