Treating RI in a gravid Cornsnake??

My cornsnake is gravid with her second clutch of the season.

She appears to have a mild respiratory infection. I think I read that Baytril should not be used on cornsnakes that are gravid.

Do you know if this is true?

What is the best way to treat a gravid cornsnake with an RI??
