I would not treat her with antibiotics until after she drops her clutch and then only if raising the temps doesn't take care of it.

What has worked for me is to raise the temps 2-3 degrees, remove her substrate and replace it with paper and carefresh. Also, I remove their water bowl. I then offer water every 2-3 days and remove the bowl after 30 minutes. A warmer, drier, environment will usually take care of a mild R.I. if you catch it early enough.
