I don't know about too cold, but our smallest dragon hates getting her feet wet.

She'll shake her feet like a cat, if she steps in water, or if it trickles down her legs during misting. Seems like it must tickle or something.

Usually after misting, all of ours climb back under the spot lights to dry out and warm back up.
