here is a size question

Ok i have a snake that i have had for about 7yrs now
was bought as a pair with a female as a guaranteed male found out this weekend my male is female but he or should i say she has been kept small for breeding way smaller than a female of the same age she is 8yrs old now and 4.5 to 5ft my question is because shes been kept small does anyone know if this has affected her ability to breed here is a couple of pics she is in an animal plastic 41qt tub if that helps to get a size on her
