My thoughts on that were that Silva is a Muay Thai fighter who also happens to be an excellent jiu jitsu practicioner. I think he would use his speed and power to pick apart Noguiera while standing, his Muay Thai to punish on the inside if Noguiera got close enough, and his jiu jitsu "in reverse" to avoid take downs and submissions.
I think his precise striking, knockout power and strength and skills in the clinch is enough to at a minimum, win a decision. However I don't think it would get that far. I think Silva would either knock him out, or cut him up so bad he couldn't continue.

I think if it was a JJ competition, I don't think he'd win.

Also, we'll never see that as I don't see Silva going up to weight classes to heavyweight... but I think it would be SWEET!
