Kathy Love once told me that if the closest egg to the cloaca is with in 1-2 inches of the cloaca that it is safe to try and palpait the egg out. If the first egg comes out then give her some time to work on the next egg. If she can not get the next out repeat the process if the egg is close, if not you can also asperate the next egg in line but that is not as easy to do.
