I agree with our movement to a Fascist state. My take on what I've just read without getting too political...I think I'm in agreement. In this World there are two different cultural value systems the way I see it.

There are societies that value things -- material wealth, mobility, social stature, power. In the U.S. we are judged by our net worth and our ability to use that net worth to control and influence people.

Other civilizations primarily value family, reputation and honor. These societies are the materially poor ones, generally.

There is no better example of these two diametrically opposed societies than in the Middle East. What one side values, the other doesn't. There is just no common ground. It's like apples and oranges.

I'm not judging or taking sides. It's just my personal observation.
