The only way to make a het albino show is to cross it with an albino (50% of the offspring will be albino, 50% will be het albino) or with another het albino (25% of the offspring will be albino, and the other 75% will be 66% possible het albino).

Crossing a yellowbelly with a het albino would produce the following:
50% Yellowbelly with 50% possible het albino
50% possible het albino
