For the tub I would add one or 2 more holes for ventilation.

As far as cycling everyone does it different.I use heat tape for hot spots and an electric oil filled heater for ambient temps.Make sure the ambient temp does not drop below 80 degrees. I start around Oct 15 and cut off the heat for 1-2 hours at night. Over the course of a couple months I increase the amout of time they are off till I get 14 hours off and 10 hours on. Around mid march first of April I slowly start to heat them up. I am not a big breeder and this is not the only way to cycle them. Good luck.
