Well here we go. I need a bit of help convincing my mother to let me buy a corn snake. My leopard gecko recently died and I’m very surprised that I really miss observing a reptile... Well anyway, I’ve researched corn snakes extensively and already have all the equipment needed, plus I have found a breeder a few miles away selling healthy corns for $15. Thats all fine and dandy but my mother is simply refusing the idea of a snake. She isn’t ophidiophobic, it isn’t the money because I told her I’d pay for all of it, it isn’t that she doesn’t think I can take care of it because she knows I took fantastic care of my leopard gecko... I just don’t know what to do anymore. I know nagging her daily isn’t going to help so for about a week I came up with creative ways of showing my research, typing up pages of information and showing her and what not, showing that I know where to get one for cheap and all that and she just keeps refusing so I backed off for a few weeks and I figured I’d give it another go.
Now I know some things just can’t happen but I really would hate to miss out on the opportunity of a corn snake for no good reason at all... I know thats a lot to take in at once but any help is appreciated, thanks a lot.
