Last year's babies were a major pain to get started, though finally every last one of them is eating on their own--tease-feeding is TIME consuming!

Jason (Snakesunlimited1) last year suggested using a paper bag (as opposed to deli cups), and whether or not it's on account of the paper bag, twenty of the twenty-three babies I offered their first meal to ate right away; f/t and no braining required. The remaining three responded immediately to tease-feeding.

SO--having trouble? Try a paper bag! I got 50 for ~$1.25 at a nearby used-to-be-a-dollar store, and I'll be reusing them barring any pinky gut spillages.
