important egg question-need response

hey guys,



my first year incubating eggs, they have been in teh incubator for about almost a month, they seem to look like eggs in previous people incubators, but they have some sort of white stiff on teh shell, looks kinda like cotton, is this bad of what ???? to dry to wet ?? temp is at 86 F... i need help for future incubation,
