boa reguratates meal..

I have this baby boa that i bought at a Reptile show in Jacksonville fl, last month. for the first 2 weeks i had him he ate his frozen fuzzys like a champ, i fed him lastnight and this afternoon i noticed that he reguratated his meal. the cage temp is normal, i have a basking lamp and a under tank heater, why is he all of a sudden reguratating his meal? i get my frozen fuzzys from Petco. could it be a bad fuzzy? should i try a live one next week?
