You need to give it steady ambient temp, and a high basking spot or it won't digest all of what it took in. Don't even worry about feeding for quite a while at this point. If it doesn't digest that lump, it will die as the lump will decompose faster than digestion, and they don't puke that up. Which is the normal mode of getting rid of such things.
