okay so early this mornig i check in on my girls check temps and water and something in Dixie's water dish kinda caught my eye... i see a little something floating. at first i kinda knew what it was and i was pretty disappointed, because i knew what it meant.

so here is what SHE left me, so take a look and tell me what you think of my baby GIRL now

lol so does everyone have the same thoughts now that my baby girl is in fact not a baby girl,

so i know that Jeff and Dave get these all the time, but is that some all male boas do even non-breeding ones? now i am trying to think back and remember if i ever saw one before i wonder if i just passed over it or them and just didnt know...

i guess i always knew there was a possibility she was a he but always just hoped she wasnt... lol that just sounds weird.... anyways i got her... er HIM from a pet store at almost a year old and unsexed. at this time i dubbed her female kinda hoping and kinda thinking (at the time) i will never really know for sure so what does it matter anyways. about 2 years later i got the two baby balls (one for wifey one for my cuz) i did alot a research on poping and tried it out and poped two female balls... at that time i tried the same thing on Dixie. i was fully aware that this method was not as accurate on older animals. well needless to say she poped female and (still thinking ill never know for sure) was enough to confirm in my own mind, even though i was aware that it wasnt necessarily accurate.

so even though this news to me isnt totally unexpected its still disappointing she was my baby girl!! anyways what do i do now? lol do i keep my gender confused baby girl Dixie, or do i start call HIM Dixson or DIX or something????????
