kinked hatchlings

second clutch of the year to hatch mostly kinked hatchlings. first clutch was 10 for 10 all healthy and fat. I had one pipp and died in the eggs and one came out so badly kinked I had to put in the freezer. 84-85 incubation temp and I used hatchrite humidity 70% first clutch and second clutch in asme incubator both clutches from same father and the mother of this clutch produced last year. Any thoughts?
