What do you think she might want to eat, if not mice?
I am not sure.
But in captivity most pythons want rats, mice, or avian prey items.
Snakes are NEVER IMO stubborn feeders, it is US/WE that are stubborn in what we think they should eat.
Also I have read that it is not uncommon for blood pythons to go several months without excepting food.
This is probably based on the yolk they absorb giving them a HEAD START so they do not need to feed immediately for their survival in the wild.
Or it may be an artifact of the captive environment because we are not offering them their preferred food source.
Wild rats, mice, etc.. smell different from what we are offering when compared to what they are initially looking for.
Once they baby excepts a acceptable prey source it's all up hill from there.
Like I said...
Some snakes are suited by nature to feed later.
I have read this about neonatal blood pythons, so do not worry too much.
