"Do you have the specific sizes for the panels that each rack would need or would they vary?"

I don't know exactly what it is off hand, but it is somewhere around 6" x up to 35" if you want to block off the whole side of the rack. Some people only block off the back half of the tubs, so the side panels would only be about 17" x 6".

The hatchling tubs are shorter, so the side panels will be shorter, (approx 4".
