Are you saying that Squilly is a Pastel? I'm sorry, but I just don't see it. She does slightly resemble a Burgundy, however.

Are you sure she has never bred before? Even last year? Did you raise her from a neonate?

I'm not questioning your integrity - if you say it happened I'll believe you. I'm just trying to wrap my head around what the heck is going on here (with the hatchling) - you've got me twisted on this one.

By the way, that Bee looks great - post some post-shed pics of it. It could be the lighting, but there doesn't look to be a whole lot of yellow on it (or it could be due to whatever you've managed to Frankenstein together on this one).
