I wouldn't worry 'bout it. Probably redbugs, which won't host on snakes. Snake mites are black and you'd see them around the eyes, under the chin & on the belly of the snake if you had any.



If you see a bunch more of those bugs, as if they're multiplying, then I'd change out the substrate. Otherwise, forget about 'em.
