That's a Midland Brown Snake(Storeria dekayi wrightorum).

If you right click on an internet photo, you will see a window that says "properties", then highlight the URL making sure that ALL the info is highlighted. Then go to the forum and "left click" the info in the gray box below the posting field marked "Image URL". Below all that stuff is a "Preview Message" button that you can click on to make sure your post is the way you want it, then if it is, then go ahead and click on the "Post Message" button as you normally would.
