First you have to figure out what a "Gee" or "Orangetail" Hypo means to both the community, and you. If you were to produce offspring with an Orangetail Hypo and a normal Boa, you'd have Orangetail Hypos. Since the majority of Orangetails are product of outcrossing with Colombians, I don't think locality would come into play, as their is no association with locality traits anymore, like say a Hypo Nic, or Sonoran. Even though the Orangetails produced by Jeff himself are still "pure" CA Boas ( if I remember right ). Locality traits also go to the wayside once multiple generations are produced. The generic Hypo tag usually comes into play when you have a Hypo of unknown origin, that is obviously Hypo. Some people really don't feel the need to differentiate the two, as they are both compatible, and the same genetic mutation.
