Steve,
your pics are not uploading because you're most likely over their cap limit.

Windows XP and above has a feature if you have your pics on your hard drive you can resize them to any size you want.

all you need to do is right click on the pic then do the following....

open with > Microsoft Office Picture Manager > edit pictures > resize.

or........................

upload multiple pics to a hosting site and then post using HTML tags.

either way you may have to resize cause if the pic is to big people viewing it on their end will have to scroll up/down/left/right to view the entire pic.
