Hey, its weird that you posted that, because I hatched out two pastel males from breeding my pastel male to a nice very light colored normal female! I also had a pinkish colored belly on one of the males. The female was also breed by my buddys lesser male and the male pastel with the pinkish belly looks just like the lessers belly. Pinkish and clear like!!! I was woundering if the pastel got some of the lessers genes in him. He also has the fading on the sides like the lesser but has the pastel pattern. He also has alot of blushing on the sides and on his back. The other pastel male has the normal white looking belly like the dad and his half sister. I can't explain it, but I can only hang on to him and breed him to see if it proves anything out. I'll post some pics of him and his brother to show the difference of their bellys and blushing. I'll also post pics of him and a lesser to show the similarities of their bellys. THANKS, BOB
