Pink bellies can develop from a number of things other than shedding or burns.

Generally, the pink discoloration is the result of some form of irritation.

What type of substrate are you using? How moist is the substrate? I've noticed with some of my snakes in the past that if the substrate is wet they will develop a pink belly. When I've noticed this I usually move the snake to a new, drier tub and open their old (wet) tub up to dry out. With the decreased humidity the pink belly usually clears up within a day or two.
