Just to clarify for others.

Het x het.=25% are homozygous 2/3 of the normal looking babies will be Het for W.H.Y. Thus 66% possible het

het x nomal = 1/2 will be het for W.H.Y. the rest are normal thus 50% poss het.


Phenotype is the color form of the animal
genotype is the gene itself expressed or not.

Phenotype and genotype are the same in a homozygous animal

Phenotype and genotype are DIFFERENT in the heterozygous animal.
