Get them into something else. Tanks are for fish. Heat escapes right through the glass, and you have to use a lot of heat on them. Wood or plastic is 400 times the insulator of glass. A plastic trash can or tub on flexwatt (or ultratherm) is way better.
They don't need mom, in fact mom can squish them, so get them out of there immediately. By now mom has her strength back, and she will likely object. Put a pillowcase over her head if you have to, but get those babies out of there. If all the yokes are absorbed you're good to go. Do you see any with a sac of yolk outside their bodies?
They will shed around day 10. Get 12 tiny tubs (shoe boxes) and you're ready to move them into individual boxes in a few days. Offer each a f/t pinky (or a fuzzy if they are big enough babies) after they shed. Some will eat and some won't likely. Try live on the one's that don't take f/t right away. They will move to f/t soon enough. Once they are eating and shedding well you can send them to new homes.
Best of luck! ----- Caden Chapman
