I think any day after day 55 is ok, but I normally wait till they pip on their own, because I love to look in the incubater and see their little noses poking out of the eggs. Sometimes if it is taking them a long time to pip or if I see scratches on the egg for a day or two I'll put a very small cut in the egg just to help them out! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR EGGS!!!
