Yes, I'm in agreement that these would be termed "possible double hets". If it the generally accepted term for hypo axanthic were ghose, then you might shortcut and say "possible dh ghost". When the situation is like this one, where there are two different morphs called ghost, it's easier to just spell it out for clarity; ie, "possible dh axanthic and hypo".

I'm largely saying this for people like me who are still learning the different terms used. When you can KEEP IT SIMPLE without too much explanation, that's the way to go! At least in my mind it is.
