One option for the boaphiles is a dual door one, I know Jeff makes them and for feeding I only open the door just enough to lower the rat in.



My home made cages are my favorites, I do have the tools and experience to make them right and YES, the materials are more than buying a less expensive plastic cage.



I don't have any of the other cages so can't say.
