You could also try feeding her silk worms, phoenix worms and crickets. As for the pinkies I would remove the worms from the dish and put one in there and see if she eats it or get a small pair of feeding tongs. Make sure whatever you are feeding her is well gutloaded and dusted.

I think you don't need to make any adjustments to husbandry it sounds right on. GL
