I think that there could be some really nice outcomes from harixharli and it's something I'm planning to do myself. The stronger the harli influence the better...

I do see the benefits of putting into the stripe line albinos as well since the stripes (in general) have great color.

I say do both breedings and pick whichever one to do first that you would be most excited about. (gee, that didn't help a lot now did it?)
