It will be a rubbermaid container and I have a question regarding the heat source. I would like to use a heating pad, for humans, with multiple heat settings. Can I place the rubbermaid container directly on the heating pad without risking a fire? The pad would have to be turned on during the day (about 10 - 12 hours) to raise the temps on the warm side from 70 to 80 degrees. Has anyone used a heating pad before and was it direct contact with the plastic container? |
