Hi there
Been overseas too much lately...
A small setback occured this year when my son got some assistance cleaning cages from my brother-in-law (while I was in Afghanistan). Some of the golden corns that had their cages labeled male and female inadvertently got mixed up when my son paired them up. So I had four out of five females paired up with each other, which resulted in only one of my hets laying seven eggs this year ... I was a little dissapointed to say the least, but overall happy because NONE of my snakes died in the eight months that I was out of country.
That small setback will not happen again next year though!!!
Other than that all the golden corns are doing fine (the original female has reached four feet in length now). The two golden babies are around two feet in length currently
