I have to agree with you. Its a risk and your willing to take it. I think that solves the problem of everyone asking why he does not prove them out. Its risk for both the buyer and seller. If they do not prove out, the buyer takes the hit. If they prove out, the seller takes the hit.
Your paying $10,000 and thats great. Like you said, if they prove out, you will be getting $25,000 each and people will be banging down your door(seller lost out by not proven out).
As long as you knw the risk either way, i see no harm in it. Heck, if someone is willing to buy a normal with the thought of it proven out to be a Het to some new morph and pays $5,000 as long as he knows its a risk and he is still willing to take that chance, then nothing wrong happened.
I do hope it works out for you. Just cover your bases. Heck, imagine the possabilities if it proves out, all the new morphs that could be made.
Anyways, good luck. I would love an update on them once you get them and let me know when the babies come out, if they are red(the babies) put me on the list(i'll take one)... JAZ
