HELP grounded adult gtp

just thought i would ask if anyone here knows what to do? i got my male wamena back in may. he ate once 4 me a lg mouse but has not ate scince. he moves around at night and soaks every once in a while in his tub. he has two perchase a thick log and a samll perch. but he spends his days coiled up in the same spot on the bottom every day. i have tried feeding live small rat and lg mice he just kills them and leaves them. the teps are 78-85 deg in reptile room in his enclosure he has a basking spot of 87deg and the floor is 84 were he spends his time.humidity is hard to keep constant but most of the time i keep it around 60-80% i let it dry out every week, so if any suggestions would help please let me know. so he is not perching or eating
