I know that the striping gene can really dull out black pigment and give it a hypoish look with anery's, especially in males. This hatchling is a female and had dark black striping up until 2 sheds ago. She has gotten a little lighter with each shed. I did not get any other hypo's from her clutch but it was a small clutch (amel stripes as well but no snow stripes). She is also going to be used in my striped granite/hypo striped granite (anery blood/ghost blood) project. | ||
