i would just keep a close eye on it. sometimes the sheds on coxi can be so thin that you can't see when an area is stuck. perhaps that area had a little stuck shed on it and that caused the area that you see now. i wouldn't go overboard treating it. coxi are strong snakes and it should heal with the next shed.
