Poor little guy! And he's so darling!



I'm taking a guess at this as I've never bred any kind of snakes. But I'm guessing it's a birth defect of the general area and not much there developed properly. I'm also going to guess he's not going to be able to pass food properly.



Looks like at one point development in that area just shut completely down.



But, again, this is just speculation on my part and those that are more in the know will most likely chime in here and give you better information based on experience.
