okay so out of curiosity you own multiple indigo snakes correct?
Yes, I own a pair of Indigo snakes, I ussually feed them mice, frozen or prekilled

also that one in the pic is a wild but do you own any kings?
Yes I do have kings, Desert, California, Arizona & California Mountain Kings. I have fed them cb rattlesnakes that "stargaze" or born dead.

now lets say if they where available, would you be at all interested in buying say garter snakes (or something) as feeders?
NO. If I cannot primarially feed them rodents, I do not keep them. Besides Garters are cool!

My coachwhip started on reptiles, but now eats rodents only.

so live or frozen snakes to offer your indigos as prey what do you think?
I have done both. Just depends on if it is hungry @ the time. If not, I freeze them & feed it later. I had over 40 rattlesnakes born so far this year @ my house. Some stillborn & others just died. No use letting them go to waste

Hope that answers your questions,
Jerry
