First off there is only 1 known BCC /Surinam Albino. I don't think that Albino has produced any baies yet let alone ,Sunglows. The Sunglow produced from that type breeding still couldn't be 100% Surinam. There are no Hypomelanistic Surinam out there. So the Sunglow produced from any such pairing never could be 100% Surinam Sunglow no matter what. A Hypo could be a Surinam cross still not 100% Suri. Unless I'm missing something about this question or statement.?
