Posted by: mattkau at Tue Sep 9 10:08:02 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by mattkau ] My 2008 female coxi that had the skin problem seems to be doing much better. She went into a rapid shed cycle and fully molted this morning. Her previous condition is apparently about 90% healed. I witnessed the shed and than examined it. It didn't look like there were any stuck pieces from previous shed, but there were a few individual scale flakes here and there(if that makes any sense?). I did offer a ft pinkie, which she ignored, choosing instead to retreat to her spagnum hide. She had spent her time prier to this shed in her hollow log hide. I will give her a few days to recover and offer food again. Thought you would like to know how things were going Chad, and everyone else. Any further advice would be appriciated. Thanks.
