with "miami phase" corns its not really a locality (anymore?) but a solid line bred look that originated from southern florida. i cant even for sure say that they were locality at one time because i know many big breeders got their "miami's" from anyone with corns that fit the profile, most of the time no locality data was even offered.
so if south florida as a whole is considered a locality then yes but otherwise no.
