The next time one of them defecates, immediately bag it and take it to a vet; ask them to check for parasites.
If they're having issues keeping food down, check for odd behaviors such as stargazing (staring off into the distance etc). Flip them over onto their backs and see how much trouble they have getting back upright. If they have too much trouble, or are too rigid when they do get up, it may be IBD, an always fatal disease in boids. If you get any new snakes, remember to quarantine them for 3-6 months so that they can't get infected. Good luck to you I hope all goes well.
