Posted by: DMong at Thu Sep 11 22:29:45 2008 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by DMong ] I use a very small pair of Mustache scissors, or cuticle scissors that have a nice sharp point, then poke it in the direction lengthwise of the egg, then cut very shallowly along the top, being VERY careful to keep the bottom blade just below the surface of the eggs.
