Looking at the pictures these don't look to have red pupils; do they? If they don't you can rule out Caramel Albino. And coloration wise they really don't look to be a caramel albino.
Do they shed clear? If yes, then you most likely have a hypo.
I would have to say this is either a new line of an amazing hypo or a new color morph completely. But as far as the naming goes leave that up to the originator.
