Purple Eyes would make them lean more on the Albino end. A new albino variation?
In Ball Pythons there is a White Smoke, which they are thinking is a form of Tpos albino and it too has scattered few normally pigmented scales. ????? This hog has more color than the ball, but just putting it out there
Color wise, to me, this hog does not appear to be a "Caramel Albino" only because of the crisp white of the background color. The Caramels that I have seen in various snakes usually have the purple hue and are saturated with yellow. Not what this beauty looks like. But like you said these are hatchlings, when they get older/ lager they may get a yellow wash to their color? Is there an adult in Europe of this morph you could refrance to?
It having Purple eyes I would have to say it is some form of new albino most likely a Tpos variation. I am curious to know how/ if they change color as the grow....
We can't wait to see what come of the morph!

Do you have a picture of the belly that shows the black pepereing? Is it Black or a dark purple color?
